To qualify for a medical cannabis card in Maryland you need to:
  • Be 18 years or older or have parental consent
  • Be a resident of Maryland with a valid state ID
  • Have a qualifying condition

  • Anorexia
  • Wasting Syndrome
  • Severe or Chronic Pain
  • Severe Nausea
  • Seizures
  • Severe or Persistent Muscle Spasms
  • Glaucoma
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
  • Another chronic medical condition which is severe and for which other treatments have been ineffective.

https://onestop.md.gov > Licenses and Permits > Maryland Medical Cannabis Commision

The following are required when submitting your online application:

  • Valid state ID or Driver’s License
  • Proof of Maryland address or treatment at a Maryland medical facility
  • Applicant must provide an electronic copy of a clear photograph taken within the last six (6) months (We will be happy to assist with this!)
  • Debit or credit card for transaction fee (Adult Patient Registration requires a $50 fee)

Please note; Patient applications may take up to 30 days to process. Incomplete applications will be returned.
