For the safety of our team and people around you, please cover your nose and mouth when inside our store. If you have a cough or other symptoms, do not come in to the store and please come and visit us when you’re feeling better.

Extra Cleaning Measures

We have put in place additional cleaning routines and safeguards to ensure a healthy, clean, and safe environment. High traffic areas are wiped down and sanitized regularly throughout the day.

Temperature Checks

Your temperature will be taken at the door, patients and customers must have a temp. below 99.9 degrees F to enter dispensary

I've never been to an Enlightened dispensary before. Is there anything I need to bring with me?

Adult - Use Dispensaries
All you need is a Valid State ID/ or Drivers License and be over 21+

Medical Dispensaries

Please bring with you:

1. A valid Medical Marijuana Card

2. A valid State ID/ or Drivers License

3. Payment method. We accept debit card or cash

4. If you qualify for one of our discount programs, please bring verification.

5. Don't forget, you can order online before you come in!

Does Enlightened offer any discount programs?

Yes! We currently offer a few discount options for our customers, with proof required:

Medical SSDI - 10% OFF; Veterans - 10% OFF, Pediatric patients 10% OFF

Adult - Use SSDI - 10% OFF; Veterans - 10% OFF, Medical patients 10% OFF

What forms of payment do you take?

Currently, we accept cash and debit cards (3rd party transaction fee). There is no ATM on site.

Can I purchase cannabis in Illinois & Arkansas if I'm from out of state?


Yes! Out of state customers can shop at Enlightened's Adult - Use locations. You are limited to 15 grams of cannabis flower, 2.5 grams of cannabis concentrate, and no more than 250mg of cannabis-infused products. Unfortunately Illinois does not allow medical card reciprocity from other states.


Yes! If you have a valid out of state medical cannabis card, you are eligible for a 30 day temporary medical cannabis card in Arkansas. It usually takes less than a day to process, and you can apply here

Please note there is a $50 fee - paid to the state.

Can I pre-order online at Enlightened?

Yes. Due to COVID - 19 measures, we would prefer you ordered online before visiting us.

1. Create an account. It's super easy and you can get started by clicking Shop

2. Select your preferred dispensary location

3. Upload your State ID and Cannabis Card (Medical Only)

4. Start Shopping and add your favorite cannabis products to your cart

5. When you're ready to check out, select a pick up time and once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation text

6. Come down and say Hello

How often is your menu updated?

Our menus are live! They are regularly updated to reflect the current inventory at each location. Check back daily for the latest product drops!

Do you have security on-site?

Yes. Our on-site security is here to help. They are professional and trained to ensure you feel safe and comfortable when visiting our store.

Can I return or exchange product?

Yes. Our menu consists of products we believe in. If you believe your product may be defective, reach out to your local dispensary via email and include the following:

1. A Picture of the Product. (Make sure any vape carts and pens are standing up so we can see the volume of distillate!)
2. A Written Description of the Issue.
3. The Barcode.
4. Date of Purchase

We will contact the vendor and get back to you. Please do not bring any cannabis products back into the store.

What is a designated caregiver?

A designated caregiver is a person who is selected by a qualifying patient as the person authorized, on the qualifying patient’s behalf, to possess, obtain from a certified medical marijuana dispensary, dispense and assist in the administration of medical marijuana. Caregivers must apply for a registry card. A designated caregiver is issued a medical marijuana registry identification card that allows them to possess up to 2.5 ounces of medical marijuana on behalf of their patient. It is not legal for caregivers to consume, by any means, medical marijuana that has been dispensed on behalf of a registered qualifying patient.

Please note: You must redeem a reward BEFORE your transaction is complete, and in front of a team member. You cannot redeem a reward after you have finalized and paid for your products.  You cannot redeem points that are earned on that same day.

Can I combine rewards? No. You can only claim one reward per customer per day.
